Recently a prospective customer called inquiring about service for her rental home. While we have programs specially designed for renters, it is slightly different than our standard pricing levels due to the reduced term of service.

She noted the discrepancy from the quoted price and the advertised price on the web and we were then accused of being one of those (for lack of better words) "bait and switch" security companies.

Ouch!

This hurt, as we are not one of those "bait and switch security companies". I have been in this industry for nearly 20 years, and I have tried to distance myself and my company far from those tricksters.  It troubles me greatly that many of those in our industry have earned that dubious moniker.

To be clear, I apologized for the bad impression, the unclear pricing, and we honored the price on the web.

So, Ms. Renter: If you are reading this I hope you accepted my heartfelt apology. NTX Security is not one of those companies. We base our prices on quality products and service because no one appreciates their customers more. Thank you for considering NTX Security. I hope we can earn your business someday.
